Market stalls / Australian owned & operatedBUILT FOR THE DAYS YOU TRADE
A few busy hours start with a little preparation.
Your stall might only open twice a month, but the orders can come in ahead. Give customers a place to preorder, bring the quantities together for packing and keep collection details ready for market day.
Open the next market’s orders
Choose the range, payment options and collection date. Share your storefront with customers before market day.
Pack from the order list
Bring quantities together with preparation reports. Print individual or batch order sheets for the orders you’re taking to the stall.
Make collection straightforward
Use collection days or time windows and a run sheet to organise the orders customers come to collect.
IN PRACTICE
Packed for Saturday.
Keep each preorder together with a printed order sheet, and bring a collection run sheet to the stall for the handover.

Back in a fortnight? Keep the setup.
Duplicate the campaign, review your stock and range, and update the dates for your next market. Your selling rhythm sets the pace.
BEFORE WE TALK
A few practical questions.
Does it work for a fortnightly farmers’ market?
Yes. Set up a preorder window for each market. Duplicate an existing campaign and update its dates and range when you’re ready for the next one.
Do customers need an account?
No. Customers access their orders through magic links, without an account signup.
Can we bring printed lists to the stall?
Yes. Print order sheets and collection run sheets before heading to the market.
Will it automatically reopen orders every fortnight?
You choose when to duplicate a campaign and update its settings. Automatic recurring schedules are not part of the workflow described here.
