BUILT FOR THE SEAFOOD COUNTER

An order book that knows when everyone is coming.

Fillets, portions and seafood boxes can use the same stock. Orders may need final weighing, while customers arrive throughout the day. Sharpened brings the inventory, payment and collection details together.

  1. Set up the seafood range

Create the season, choose full payment or deposit rules, and offer collection by day or day-and-time window.

  2. Keep shared stock connected

Link portions, fillets and hamper-style seafood boxes to inventory pools. Track allocations by weight across selling formats.

  3. Prepare for the handover

Use preparation reports and collection run sheets. Reconcile weight-based prices and keep special requests with the order.

IN PRACTICE

Selling the same stock in different formats should not mean keeping disconnected counts.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few practical questions.

Can we offer different collection windows?

Yes. Sharpened supports collection days or day-and-time windows, with run sheets to organise the collection work.

Can a whole fish be priced after weighing?

Sharpened supports weight-based products and final price reconciliation. You can take a fixed or percentage deposit when the customer orders.

Do customers need to create an account?

No. Customers access their orders with magic links. Customer records are retained, and customer notifications are supported.

Are SMS collection notifications available?

SMS notifications are planned for early 2027. They are not a current capability. The current platform supports customer notifications.
