Before you get started.
Does Sharpened take a cut of our sales?+
No. We charge a flat subscription per shop, paid annually, quarterly or monthly. All options have a 12-month minimum term. Done-for-you setup is optional and costs $1,500 once. Sharpened does not charge transaction fees or hold or handle customer funds. Any charges from your payment provider are separate.
Do we have to pay for setup?+
No. You can set up your shop yourself. If you’d like our help, add done-for-you setup for $1,500 once when you sign up. With annual billing and setup, your first payment is $4,490; without setup, it’s $2,990.
Is monthly billing a month-to-month contract?+
No. Every payment option has a 12-month minimum term. Monthly billing is 12 payments of $269 ($3,228 total); quarterly billing is four payments of $785 ($3,140 total). Annual billing is one payment of $2,990. To discuss a plan change or cancellation, email support@sharpened.com.au.
Do you offer pricing for multiple stores?+
Yes. Multi-store discounts and a dedicated customer success manager are available. Enquire with us to discuss your locations and pricing for your business.
Can customers pay a deposit?+
Yes. Take a fixed amount, a percentage deposit or full payment. Sharpened also supports final price reconciliation for products sold by weight.
Can we use it every week or fortnight?+
Yes. A season is an ordering window, whether it’s a weekly bake, a fortnightly market or Christmas. Duplicate the campaign and review the products, stock and collection dates for next time.
What’s still on the roadmap?+
Wedderburn integration, SMS notifications and remote order-label printing are planned for early 2027. These are planned capabilities, separate from the current product.
