BUILT AROUND YOUR NEXT BAKE

One bake. Plenty of orders to keep straight.

Loaves for one customer, pastry boxes for another, buns for the weekend. Keep the quantities, customer details and collection times together, so the team knows what each order needs.

  1. Open orders for the next bake

Set the range, available stock and collection days. Take full payment or a fixed or percentage deposit when customers order.

  2. Bring the quantities together

Use preparation reports to see what has been ordered. Keep customer details and special requests with each order.

  3. Pack for the collection window

Print individual or batch order sheets, then use collection run sheets to organise the handover.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few practical questions.

Can we take preorders for a weekly bake?

Yes. A season in Sharpened is an ordering window. Set one up for your next bake, then duplicate and update it for the following week.

Can customers pay in full when they order?

Yes. You can take full payment, a fixed deposit or a percentage deposit.

Can we use it for Easter and Christmas too?

Yes. Create a campaign for your seasonal range with its own products, payment settings and collection dates.

Does this manage recipes or oven schedules?

Sharpened brings preorders, product quantities, payments and collection together. Recipe costing and oven scheduling are outside the workflow described here.
